Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of residential plots by Ave Acres. By enquiring, booking, or purchasing a plot, the buyer agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Plot Booking and Payment To book a plot, a non-refundable token amount must be paid. The balance payment must be completed as per the payment schedule agreed at the time of booking. Payments should be made through approved modes, including bank transfer, cheque, or online payment.
Plot Allocation Plot allocation is subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of the booking amount. Ave Acres reserves the right to change plot numbers or layouts due to unavoidable circumstances, with prior intimation to the buyer.
Pricing and Additional Charges Plot prices are as per the latest price list provided at the time of booking. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, registration fees, maintenance charges, and other statutory levies.
Ownership and Documentation The ownership of the plot is transferred only after full payment and completion of all registration formalities. Ave Acres will provide all necessary legal documents, approvals, and permissions to the buyer upon completion of payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The token amount is non-refundable. Any refunds, if applicable, shall be processed according to the company’s cancellation policy, with deductions as specified.
Construction and Development Buyers are responsible for obtaining all approvals and permissions required for construction on their plots. Ave Acres is not liable for delays or changes in external infrastructure or development timelines.
Limitation of Liability Ave Acres shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from natural calamities, government regulations, or other unforeseen events beyond its control.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City/State].
Amendments Ave Acres reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
